Commsworthy is led by Reema D'souza, a development communications professional with over 10 years of experience in the sector.
Beginning her career in 2009 in corporate communications, Reema moved to development communications in 2013 to create awareness about prevalent issues and to advocate for the rights of vulnerable populations, especially women and children. She has worked with national and global nonprofits including CHILDLINE India Foundation, CRY, Project Nanhi Kali, AVPN, Vital Strategies, Habitat For Humanity and SNEHA Mumbai, creating internal and external communication that was targeted and relevant. Reema was able to define the success parameters through measurable indicators, wherever possible.​
